After reading the first one and enjoying it a lot, I grabbed the other two as well. Don’t pack  quite the same punch as the first one, but I still enjoyed them. I find the characters a bit wooden, but I did dig the world that had been created. The setting is more appealing to me than the mindset of the characters.

Hunger Games – Suzanne Collins

Wanted to see what the hype was about, and I have to say I see now. Liked it. Since I have a shrivelled up black coal where my heart is supposed to be, the whole love story thing was lost on me.  But I enjoyed it a lot. The characters, the setting, the plot all drew me in. I’ll read the other two as well.
