I’m reading Locke & Key right now. Bit gory and violent, but a good story by Joe Hill, but what really takes it to a whole other level is the art work by Gabriel Rodriguez, a Chilean illustrator. The books tell the the story of a family who move to a mansion called Keyhouse at the end of a peninsula in Lovecraft, MA, following the murder of their father. Inside the walls and grounds of Keyhouse lie magical keys, secret portals, hidden secrets, and an evil unwanted guest. The books are worth checking out both for the story and the art.
