I’ve had this LowePro camera pouch for quite a few years to carry my mini binoculars. (This particular model isn’t made any more.) Well made pouch, padded to protect the goods, but there was a lame loop on the back to attach it to a belt and a lame little square of velcro to hold the flap down. Both had to go.
I opened the seams, turned it inside out, put the webbing in, held it in place with binder clips and sewed them in place. If you look close, you can see that one of them ended up a little skewed, but it’s not a major problem. I also replaced the Velcro with a side release buckle. Very tricky to get the bottom part on, but it turned out. Not beautiful, but it is a heck of a lot more effective than it was.
