Typeface Design – Lucas

I wanted to tackle an idea I had for a sans serif typeface with a wide axis. A wider face is just easier to read in passages of text, because its shape follows the movement of the eye. Took me about two years of off and on work on this to complete it. I’m rather proud of it. It’s not so fancy, but it works well, and it’s my own. Named after my father.
