Bibliophilia: Life Style – Bruce Mau

Life Style – Bruce Mau

I’ve been a huge admirer of Bruce Mau for many years, even being so lucky as to get to collaborate on a project with his studio. I have always appreciated his genre expanding practice, feeling that form and content are inseparable. Rather than just giving form to the work of content creators, he blends the boundaries between the two roles. He collaborates with architects, artists, philosophers, and sometimes even business people. Lifestyle is a collection of insightful essays, observations and personal anecdotes, as well as a documentation of the studios creative process and practice. Sanford Kwinter’s opening essay alone makes the book worth it.
