Ghost Ships of the Mothball Fleet

I was into “Urban Exploration” long before I ever even knew there was a name for it, or a movement. Abandoned buildings, storm drains, unfinished apartment buildings, tunnels under university campuses.

This isn’t quite “urban”, but a pretty epic exploration nonetheless. And great photography as well.

  1. If you ever make it to Oahu I can point you to a manhole cover that will take you below Honolulu. Limestone caves filled almost neck high with water and blind fish. Very cool place and very eerie all at the same time.

  2. I’m not really afraid of heights; I’ll happily jump out of a plane or go bunjee jumping. Small, dark spaces don't freak me out that much. But caves and neck high water - yeah that one makes me go a tad queasy.
